The paddle comprises 90 % polyurethane, 5 % stainless steel and 5 % nylon. What this means is that the paddle is made of PU leather and is thus also vegan. The material is smooth and closely resembles genuine leather. The stainless steel is a strip inside the handle, used for stability. The PU leather material is stitched in a loop so the product can be used as a paddle, though I would have called it a slapper.
The exterior colour is saffron which translates to a reddish brown, while the inside is black. It does have something of a bad smell to it, so I would advise you to take it out of the plastic and let it air a little before us. The stitching is even, and the product looks well-constructed.
My Experience
I love spanking equipment in all shapes and sizes and have used a similar slapper before. The Saffron Vegan Leather Loop Paddle does bite and sting. The only downside to this form of product is because of its design, it usually makes more noise than it hurts.
