It sounds good, right? Sizzling Simon? To me, it conjured up all kinds of hot images of sweating men, fondly displaying their sexy bodies…Ok, wait, this is a sex toy review, not erotica. Keep it together, Liz.
So anyway: Sizzling Simon – the vibrator, and it’s not just a vibrator. It’s a toy packed with features, the most critical being: electrical pulses. Simon combines regular vibrations with electrical currents. The result does look kind of daunting, but, as a sex toy reviewer, you gotta try it all.
Packaging and Description
The product comes in a plain white box. Inside this box is the vibrator, a luxurious case for safekeeping, a manual, a charging cable and two bags of lube. The manual is elaborate and detailed.
The toy is waterproof and whisper quiet. It actually surprised me how silent it is when the vibrations are on max power.
There are six buttons with which to control Simon. The bottom three are for the regular vibrations, while the top three are for the electrical pulses.
The majority of the toy is covered in platinum silicone with a plastic base. The object looks luxurious and feels sturdy. It is pretty heavy too. With its rugged ridges, it’s not a toy for beginners. It’s pretty broad in girth.
This vibrator is large for me. Unless I’m really in the mood, it’s a smidgeon too large. But with proper preparation and plenty of lube, I can get it in. Do make sure the lube is water-based and not silicone-based when using an electro toy.
Both the vibrations and the electrical stimulations feel unique and intense. It’s difficult to accurately describe how it feels for me because the vibrator elicits so many different feelings at once. Against the advice, I held the toy against my clitoris and enjoyed that a lot.
Apart from the sexual pleasure options, Sizzling Simon also has opportunities for pelvic floor training. Because you use electrical currents, the device doesn’t just stimulate the nerve endings but the muscles within.
I love how this toy makes electrical play more accessible and less scary. As long as you keep to the regulations, it’s hard to go wrong. And it’s all common sense, really. Don’t use it around the heart, never around the larynx, not when you have a pacemaker and not during pregnancy. This Mystim vibrator is easier to use than our Rimba electrical set, which runs on batteries and has different menu settings and replaceable stickers. The Sizzling Simon is just as easy to operate like any other vibrator, but it offers a whole range of other sensations.
I definitely recommend the Sizzling Simon by Mystim. As a product, it’s very complete. The electrical pulses on top of the regular vibrations are very special and are a big plus. I’d recommend Simon to both people who are unfamiliar with electrical play as those who are. For newbies, it might be a safe way to get into it; for those more familiar with electrical play, it’s an excellent and fun alternative to other electrical playsets. As for me, I haven’t had the last of Simon yet.

Where to Buy
Originally, I reviewed Sizzling Simon for easytoys.nl. A year ago the toy broke and Mystim was kind enough to send me a free replacement from the warranty.
