Packaging and Description
When unpacking the Macaron set, the fantastic drawing on top of the gift set packaging is the first thing you’ll notice. It’s a custom hentai drawing of a woman in a hogtie bondage with all items from the set surrounding her. Just like the picture on the Bound You II rope wrist cuffs and lead set, I love this a lot. I’m a huge hentai fan, so having an illustration like this on the cover is something I enjoy a lot.
When you open the case, you’ll find the second surprise. The toys are wrapped in their own matching bag. The bag is made of thin polyester in the same colour as all the toys. It’s a convenient storage solution for these products.
The toys themselves are made of PU leather and are lined with plush on the inside. For example, the paddle is PU leather on one side and plush on the other. The fact that it’s PU leather instead of genuine leather doesn’t detract from the quality. The cuffs are flexible and well-constructed.
As my friend said when I showed him the set: everything looks well thought out. I thought it an apt description for the Liebe Seele toys. I love that the ball gag’s straps are long, so it will actually fit many people. Those are the details I mentioned earlier.
The items I like the least are the flogger and the mini massager. The flogger is the only slightly flimsy item since the PU leather is relatively thin, so it adds little for me. The mini massager is just that: mini. I must say it has powerful vibrations, so I can see it being beneficial to many people. I don’t see myself using the hogtie add-on either, but that’s just because I’m not that flexible. There’s no fault in the product. :p
I understand a beginner’s set should have both a paddle and a flogger. It’s the only way to discover whether that’s something you might enjoy. The cuffs in this set are excellent. They feel pleasant on your skin. The stitching is neatly finished, and there’s no way to escape from them once they’re fastened around your wrists or ankles. The links and chains used in the set are also decent and definitely add to the feeling of luxury this set exhumes.
